Membership Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to be a part of Wax Pro Academy. Please carefully review our membership refund and cancellation policy outlined below:
1. Minimum Commitment:
– All Wax Pro Academy memberships require a minimum commitment period of 3 months. Memberships cannot be canceled before the completion of this initial commitment period.
2. Cancellation Process:
– To cancel your membership after the initial 3-month commitment period, please send an email to team@thewaxproacademy.com with your cancellation request. A 30 day notice is required. For example, if your payment date is the 10th, and you submit your cancellation on 17th, you will be billed once more on the 10th the preceding month as that does not fulfill a 30 day notice. In your cancellation email, kindly provide a reason for canceling, as we value your feedback and strive to continuously improve our services.
3. Unused Coaching Sessions:
– Members who cancel their membership may schedule any unused coaching sessions up to 3 months following the cancellation date. After this period, any remaining sessions will expire and cannot be redeemed nor can they be refunded.
4. Automatic Renewal:
– Our memberships are based on a monthly subscription model that automatically renews. Please note that the membership will not cancel automatically after the initial 3-month commitment period. You must email team@thewaxproacademy.com with your cancellation request 30 days in advance.
5. Coaching Session Scheduling:
– All coaching sessions are intended to be used within each billing cycle. For example, if your billing date is the 10th of each month and you are entitled to one coaching session per month, you must schedule and attend your session between the 10th of one month and the 10th of the following month.
– Failure to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session. Members are allowed one reschedule per session, subject to availability.
6. Session Rollover:
– Coaching sessions may roll over to the following month if not utilized within the current billing cycle. Again, they are intended to be used within the payment cycle to keep students on track with their accountability plans. However, rollover sessions are only valid for a period of 3 months from the original session date. After this period, any unused sessions will expire.
7. Non-Refundable Membership:
– All memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances.
