1. Course Refunds:

– Once a course has been started, whether partially or fully, it is considered consumed and is therefore 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. – Prior to starting a course, if you wish to request a refund, you must contact our support team within 3 days/36 hours of purchase. Refunds requested within this timeframe may be eligible for consideration, subject to our discretion.

2. Product Refunds:

– All products purchased from Wax Pro Academy must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund. – Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product. – Once the returned product is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your Wax Pro Academy account, which can be used towards future purchases. – Membership Welcome Gifts cannot be returned for credit.

3. Exceptions:

– Refunds will not be issued for digital products, downloadable content, or services that have already been provided, or courses which have been started. – Refunds will not be granted for any merchandise that shows signs of use or damage.
